Hi, I’m Angela.
For over 13 years, I’ve worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), using the science of behavior change to help children and families thrive. I’ve always known that these tools were powerful—but I didn’t realize quite how life-changing they could be until I became a mother in my 30s.
Suddenly, the "science" became personal.
Post-partum life hit, and I found myself in the same cycle so many of us do: juggling a career, raising two kids, and realizing my own mental and physical health had slipped to the very bottom of a very long to-do list. I knew I needed to change, but "willpower" wasn't enough.
So, I did what I do best: I applied my years of ABA expertise to my own life. I used evidence-based strategies to navigate the chaos, reclaim my energy, and build a wellness routine that actually survived the reality of motherhood.
That transformation is what sparked Northern Path Wellness Coaching. I founded this space to help other busy moms in their 30s move out of "survival mode" and into a life where their goals are actually achievable. My coaching isn't based on over-hyped trends; it’s a powerful blend of three proven frameworks:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA): We’ll use data and systems to create measurable, lasting change that sticks.
Motivational Interviewing: We’ll tap into what actually drives you (so you don't have to rely on fading New Year's resolutions).
Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT): We’ll build the psychological flexibility and resilience you need to handle whatever motherhood throws at you.
I’m here to show you that you don't have to choose between being a great mom and being a healthy, vibrant version of yourself.
Let’s find your path back to you.
